The singer-songwriter will present the new cd entitled "En leszek a jatekszered" (I'll be your toy) - the title of one of the original hits - at several events connected with the Budapest Spring Festival, among them a concert at the Palace of Arts (MuPa) on March 23.
She told MTI that the idea for the album sprung from a date she did two years ago at the MuPa, a festival of dance songs. Bea Palya said she wasn't enthusiastic at first but they grew on her as she sang them to herself in taxis and to her family and soon realised that everyone knew them.
Apart from Hungarian hits by the likes of Kati Kovacs and Zsuzsa Koncz, she also gives Stevie Wonder and Whitney Houston her own treatment.
