Conservatory students and well-known Belgian pianists Michel Scohy and Burkard Spinnler will play Liszt?s Grandes études de Paganini, Piano Sonata in B minor and Years of Pilgrimage - Second Year: Italy. The performances will be accompanied by presentations on music history.

The programme was put together by Claudine Orloff, a professor in the conservatory?s piano department.

Orloff will again team up with Spinnler three days later for a Liszt concert. They will play three rarely performed pieces for two pianos: Les Préludes, Grosses Konzertstück über Mendelssohns Lieder ohne Worte and Réminiscences de Norma.
