De Kőrös's story will be told on screen, with music and with the voice of a storyteller.
The production is the work of Tibor Szemző and the Tibet scholar László Sári. It features photographs by István "Taikyo" Szaladják and artwork by Gábor Roskó. The storyteller is Mari Törőcsik.
The production premiered in the Polish city of Wroclaw in July.
Szemző's film of de Kőrös's travels, called A Guest of Life, played to great acclaim at the 8th Era New Horizons 2008 International Film Festival in Poland.
De Kőrös (1784-1842) made several expeditions to Asia and wrote the first Tibetan-English dictionary and grammar.
