Minister of Culture Istvan Hiller presented the title to conductor Adam Fischer, writer Gyorgy Konrad, pianist and conductor Tamas Vasary and costume and fashion designer Kati Zob.

Composer and pianist Gyorgy Kurtag, writer and journalist Kati Marton as well as director and poet Gabor Tompa will take over the title later.
The title was founded two years ago to honour eminent personalities representing Hungarian culture and Hungary abroad.
