Duna TV established a partnership with the Azeri public broadcaster in 2006. Under the cooperation agreement, the two regularly exchange films and organise showcases of culture and traditions in Hungary and Azerbaijan.

On May 28, Azerbaijan's national holiday, Duna TV will present documentary films, music and interviews that offer viewers a look at Azerbaijan. András Tótfalusi's short film Azeri Postcards shows everyday life in the Azeri capital of Baku. Azeri Kaleidoscope presents fantastic Azeri landscapes.
The musical ensembles Falkafolk and Djabe, regular guests at the Baku International Jazz Festival, will perform on Duna TV's Wish Basket programme. Azeri ambassador to Hungary Hasan Hasanov will speak about cultural connections between Azerbaijan and Hungary.
The crew of Duna TV's Worldport show recently returned from Baku, where they recorded their impressions of the city over several rainy spring days.
On Friday, Duna TV will show events in the run-up to the Csíksomlyó Pilgrimage, which has taken place every year on the Saturday before Pentecost since 1567. In recent years, the pilgrimage has attracted nearly a million believers.
The crew of Wish Basket will broadcast live from Csíksomlyó starting at 10 a.m. The mass, led by Bishop of Kalocsa-Kecskemét Balázs Bábel, will start at 11:30am.
On Sunday, Duna TV will follow the "Szekler Express", a refurbished train that will bring some 800 pilgrims across the Ghimesh Valley.
