English

The festival will start with a spectacular parade across the city as dancers from Turkey, India, Italy, Croatia, Georgia and Greece, as well as Hungary show off their talent.

The venues for this year's festival include Dobó Square in the centre of the city, the open-air stage in Szépasszonyvölgy and the Béla Bartakovics Education Centre, which will host a special 20th anniversary gala on August 6.

Also on the programme are a children's dance workshop, an exhibition of photographs by Gábor Gál and a performance by CimbaliBand.

The festival is sponsored by the local council of Eger and the National Culture Fund.
