The ministers will discuss creating a European heritage list with the aim of raising the profile of cultural and historical sites.
As part of their discussion of the telecommunications package, the ministers will touch on reforming radio frequency band allocations and proposals to protect copyright.
A report will be presented on a conference on public service media in the digital age that was held in Strasbourg on July 17-18.
