(MTI) - The festival, to be held in Budapest and in two other cities - Szeged and Pecs - from April 14 to May 13, will present 27 titles, one from each member state.
The festival, organised for the 8th time, will this year focus on the Roma, a main theme of the Hungarian Presidency.
In connection with that theme the film "Freedom" by French director Tony Gatlif about a Roma family in WWII will be screened.
The EuroCine festival was launched in 2004 to promote European filmmaking.
