Exhibition Of Contemporary Polish Jewellery Opens Wednesday

The exhibition, organised by Poland?s Galeria Sztuki w Legnicy, features 120 new and original pieces created by 50 of Poland?s leading jewellery designers, young and old alike. It has already traveled to Germany, Sweden, Serbia, and Italy

The exhibition will feature a designers? day on Thursday, 23 March. Starting at 10:00, Polish designers and other jewellery industry insiders will speak about the art of jewellery making in Poland in an international context.

The Galeria Sztuki w Legnicy was opened in 1971, as a state-run operation. Today, the gallery is run as a not-for-profit organisation which aims to publicize all contemporary art genres.
