Photos by Gyorgy Klosz, Andre Kertesz, Peter Korniss, Lenke Szilagyi and Arion Gabor Kudasz, among others, will be on show for two months starting Friday.
The exhibition covers 170 years of photography - from the earliest techniques, through black and white pictures to digital works, he added.
The exhibition will be open until September 5.
