(MTI) - "Bird" by Polish artist Magdalena Abakanowicz will be the first installation to "land" on the lake late in May, said Laszlo Baan, director of the Museum of Fine Arts.
Visitors touring the the 35,000 square-metre lake by boat will be able to get close to German sculptor Gunther Uecker's 20-metre-long ship-shaped sculpture and Hungarian artist Ilona Nemeth' two giant floating gardens.
The May 24-September 4 event will also include performances by European and Hungarian artists on a floating stage.
