Festival Theatre Passes for Met Series Sell Out

Tickets are still available for broadcasts in MUPA's Auditorium, which has about a third of the capacity of the Festival Theatre. Solo tickets will also be offered starting in September.

 
Last season, some 1,500 opera lovers saw the Live in HD series. More than 5,000 are expected to see live performances of Tosca, Aida, Turandot, Les Contes d'Hoffmann, Der Rosenkavalier, Carmen, Simon Boccanegra, Hamlet and Rossini's Armida. Among the stars that will sing in the operas are Renée Fleming, Anna Netrebko, Angela Gheorghiu, Karita Mattila, Plácido Domingo, Rolando Villazón, Roberto Alagna and Marcello Giordani.
