The film, in which Mouret stars, opposite Julie Depardieu, was invited to compete in Locarno and Montreal. It opens in wide release in Hungary on February 9.
Mouret said the film was ?a bit like a novella? with several stories that cross or follow each other?.
?The different situations deal with the nature of desire and examine a certain moral dilemma,? he said.
?My characters want to be free and would like to satisfy their desires for all to see. This is very exciting on the one hand and very entertaining on the other, and it allows me to speak about questions of morality with moralizing,? he added.
