The event, to be held in the capital's gallery-lined Falk Miksa utca, will kick off with an exhibition of works by the recently deceased painter Gellért Orosz entitled Colours and Forms at the Körmendi Gallery. An exhibition called Beyond Space and Time featuring the work of Tibor Szöllősi will take place at Decker Antique Design, and Gallery White will present György Gábor Nagy in an exhibition called Petals for Breakfast.
Starting at 7:30pm, Erdész&Makláry Fine Arts will launch the latest graphic novel by Attila Futaki and Gergely Nikolényi. The book's authors will speak to György Pálfi, the director of the well known Hungarian films Taxidermia and Hukkle.
The Dénes Gallery will host a lecture by president of the First Pest Rug Company Sándor Dénes entitled The Terracotta Figures of Xian, to be followed by a talk by Dénes and Chief Rabbi Tamás Raj on the question: "Is the Jewish Rug Just a Legend?"
Art Factory II, a new art gallery that manages the newest Hungarian talent, will have its grand opening as part of the collectors' evening. The gallery's owners already operate galleries in other parts of the city.
Visitors can enjoy a light art installation on the corner of Balaton utca and Balassi utca.
