Gallery Hosts Show of Work by Hungarians in Czech Republic

Most of the artists in the show, dubbed Concordia 2012, are members of Slovakia?s ethnic Hungarian population who relocated to Prague.
 
The exhibition features about 40 works by Éva Blaskovics, Attila Gál, Mihály Hajnal, Viktor Kopasz, Ágnes Kutas, Zsuzsa Lőrincz, Béla Remák, Serbák Zsuzsa, Péter Stirber, Boglárka Struhár, Emőke Szilva and Erzsébet Stefunková-Szabó.
 
The group showed at the Hungarian Cultural Institute in Prague and in the Czech city of Melník in 2010. They have since exhibited at Komarno?s Limes Gallery and in the former synagogue of Zalaegerszeg.
 
The exhibition at the Ráday Képesház will be opened by the painter Árpád Lajos Luzsicza. It will run until February 25.
