The museum is to be set up in the historic Grassalkovich Palace in Hatvan, east of the capital.
Deputy Prime Minister Zsolt Semjén, who also heads the Hungarian Chamber of Hunters, announced in March plans to establish the museum which will provide a home for trophies and inform visitors about the tradition of the sport of game hunting in Hungary.
