Herend has redesigned its Gödöllő pattern to mark the 175th anniversary of the birth of Queen Elisabeth, and the company is offering its popular Apponyi pattern in platinum, said PR director Gyula Javorka.
Herend is introducing the ?cryptex?, a mechanical device that appeared in The Da Vinci Code, in Frankfurt. While the company has targeted female buyers with a jewellery collection in recent years, the cryptex, which retails for about 2 million forints, is targeted at male buyers.
Herend is also bringing new limited edition vases, plates, figurines and tea services to Frankfurt.
Herend?s stand is in the main building at the fair, said Javorka.
