The programme includes films by the directors Ferenc Cakó, Ottó Foky, József Gémes, Líviusz Gyulai, Marcell Jankovics, Gyula Macskássy, István Orosz, Sándor Reisenbüchler, Zsolt Richly, Ferenc Rófusz, Béla Vajda and Csaba Varga.
The programme, organised with the support of the Hungarian Film Union and the international section of the Hungarian National Film Fund, was timed to coincide with the 40th anniversary of Hungary?s Kecskemétfilm Studio.
The Hungarian director Géza M. Tóth will sit on the jury of the international competition at the festival. Kecskemétfilm Studio director Ferenc Mikulás will be a member of the AniMovie contest jury.
The Stuttgart Festival of Animated Film will take place on May 8-13.
