The piece, dubbed Infinitivus Project, is composed of the torso of a pregnant woman surrounded by nine glass jars containing embryos during each month of pregnancy.

The piece was inspired by a poem, Infinitivus, by the Hungarian János Pilinszky. Although not available in the online exhibition, the piece includes recorded interviews with women reflecting on the meaning of the poem for them.

Németh said she hoped the piece would inspire people to read more. She added that the glass she works with can conceal and reveal at the same time.

Németh?s work can be seen as part of a group show at Budapest?s B55 Gallery in February. They are also on display at the city museum of Győr, where the artist is based.
