The film, entitled ?Block 66?, will star Csaba Pindroch, Péter Fancsikai, and Lajos Kovács. It will be produced by Zoltán Füredi and Péter Engert, whose international standing will ensure ?Block 66? is made. (Füredi and Engert will also soon bring a film about Hungary?s notorious Whiskey Robber to theatres.) The film?s co-producers will be 21st Century DreamQuest Films, Stone Bridge Films and start-up company Forma Filmz.
Shooting is scheduled to begin in the spring of 2007. Foreign actors will feature in some of the other lead rules, though their names have not yet been announced.
