The road movie Bahrtalo! by director Róbert Lakatos and The Investigator by first-time director Attila Gigor are showing at the 27th Minneapolis - St Paul International Film Festival which started on April 16.
Panic by Attila Till and Mario and The Magician by Tamás Almási are on the programme of the 42nd WorldFest, which started in Houston on April 17.
Mortar by director Dániel Béres and Patience by László Jeles Nemes are competing for the Golden Horseman award at the International Short Film Festival in Dresden, which started April 14. Two more Hungarian shorts, Before Dawn by Bálint Kenyeres and Junking by Lehel Oláh are being shown as part of a special programme commemorating the 20th anniversary of the fall of communism.
