The poem, which reflects a meeting between the two poets in the beautiful village of Bogliasco, on Italy's Mediterranean coast, was the only foreign finalist in the Lorenzo Montano poetry competition.

The poem play has been translated by a number of renowned poets, such as Dezső Mészöly from Hungary, Camillo Pennati from Italy and the American David Young.

Réti told the Hungarian News Agency that the work is expected to be published in a collection of poems and short stories.

The winner of the competition will be announced in one week, but all finalists in the contest will be invited to the Lorenzo Montano Literary Biennale.
