The Hungarian theatre will present Richard III directed by Cluj theatre director Gábor Tompa in a co-production with the Castle Theatre of Gyula. The performance premiered at last year's Shakespeare Festival in Gyula.
The ten-day festival in Gdansk, which started on August 1, features pieces directed by Edward Hall, Elizabeth LeCompte, Peter Brook, Raz Shaw, Nora Somaini and Szymon Kaczwarik.
The Cluj theatre performed Long Friday, written by András Visky at the Avignon Theatre Festival in July.
