The contest is open to students, under 30 years old, at applied art schools anywhere in Europe. But projects are first judged at a national level, with first-place winners going on to compete in the European finals.
The Hungarian submissions will be judged by the graphic artists Bence Csernák, USE unused designer Attila Godena-Juhász, Grey advertising agency creative director László Hevesi, Loffice and Loffice Art programme founder Kata Klementz, Éva magazine editor-in-chief Anita Pócsik, the cinematographer Marcell Rév and the film director Simon Szabó.
The jury will consider ?first and foremost, creativity, innovation, aesthetics and the integration of Chevrolet-related images, properties or brand personality,? according to the contest organisers.
Silja Frey, the contest?s chief organiser, praised the work of the YCC team in Hungary.
?The professional preparedness, dynamism, conscientiousness and creative approach of the Hungarian YCC team is unmatched on a European level. There is no other country in the continent where such complex, quality and meaningful professional events are organised around the competition,? she said during a visit to Budapest.
