At the heart of the exhibition, which is intended as a memorial for the 20th anniversary of the fall of Communism, is a makeshift garage of tin sheeting popular in Slovakia, where Németh lives.

The garages reflect sci-fi utopia, metropolitan kitsch and post-communist urban development all at the same time. In the exhibition, Németh documents the purchase off two such garages for her family, and then their transformation into works of art.

Németh graduated from the typography and book illustration department of the Hungarian Academy of Applied Art. She was a student of József Baskai, János Kass and Tibor Szántó. In 2001, she represented Slovakia alongside Jiri Suruvko at the Venice Biennale.
