International jury at 42nd Hungarian Film Festival

(MTI) - The programme will include feature films, documentaries, shorts and, for the first time in the festival's history, a special section dedicated to animation.    
    

Durst said the organisers had recruited the international jury in order to allow films to be assessed "from a distance."
    
The jury will be headed be veteran Hungarian actor Gyorgy Cserhalmi, and its members will include actor and rector of the Targu Mures Art University Attila Gasparik, film and theatre expert and representative of the Hungarian Cultural Centre of Prague Tatiana Dimitrova, theatre director at the Kosztolanyi Dezso Theatre of Navi Sad Andras Urban, and renowned Romanian cinematographer Vivi Dragan Vasile.
    
Screenings will be held at the Urania, Puskin and Corvin cinemas, as well as in the Godor Club, the organisers said. Tickets for all screenings will be 500 forints (EUR 1.8) and open-air events, including concerts, discussions and screenings, at the Godor Club will be free or charge.
