Jazz Guitarist Attila László to Play Palace of Arts

English

Even those who don?t know Attila László by name are still probably familiar with his work. László has written music for and played with Zsuzsa Cserháti, and he has appeared both on stage and in the studio with Charlie. László is also one of the leaders of Hungary?s second generation of jazz musicians, which also includes Szakcsi, Dés, Imre Kőszegi and Aladár Pege. But László gladly plays with younger musicians as well, as can be seen by the members of his new five-member band: Mihály Borbély on saxophone Kálmán Oláh on keyboard, Bélá Lattmann on bass guitar and Péter Szendőfi on drums. Emilio will provide vocals for the band, and Árpád Tzumo, whose talent was honed under the eye of Herbie Hancock, will play piano. Drummer Gergő Borlai will also sit in with the band.
