The book, which is a follow-up to Ballendux-Bogyay?s Hungarian book Holland with Hungarian Eyes, was presented by Hungary?s ambassador to the Netherlands Iván Udvardi and former Dutch farm ministry state secretary Gábor Dzsingisz, who came to the Netherlands as a refugee after the 1956 Hungarian Revolution.
Ballendux-Bogyay, a language teacher, translator and writer, has lived in the Netherlands for decades. In her latest book, she describes how best to understand Hungarians and offers tips on forming better relations with them.
