Many of Lo Fidelity Allstars' recordings (Kool Roc Bass, Disco Machine Gun, Vision Incision, Battle Flag) have become classics of the Big Beat genre. The band's 1998 debut album (How To Operate With A Blown Mind) sold more than half a million copies in the US. On their second album (Don't Be Afraid Of Love, 2002), the band was joined by guests Jamie Lidell, Bootsy Collins and Greg Dulli from the group Afghan Whigs.
In addition to live concerts, the band also plays DJ sets. Two recordings of DJ mixes have been published so far: On the Floor at The Boutique and Abstract Funk Theory.
A fashion show by award-winning Hungarian streetwear brand Tyra Clothing will warm up the audience before Lo Fidelity Allstars' performance on Saturday, and Hungary's Palotai will open for the band.
