Market Hall To Host First Cultural Festival

The first Market Hall Festival will feature performances by dancers, musicians, actors and other artists during the four-day event. The aim of the festival is to create a stronger bond between artist and audience.

Events during the festival will be recorded on digital camera and a 20-minute film made from the footage will be shown at the end of October.
