The concert, the 81-year-old Morricone's first in China, featured excerpts from The Good, the Bad and the Ugly and Once Upon a Time in the West.
Morricone and the Győr Philharmonic were to have played in Shanghai, too, but the concert organisers cancelled at the last minute. Instead, the tour, which started in Rabat on May 15, travelled to South Korea.
