The marathon will feature eleven concerts from 10:30 in the morning. The last concert will start at 9:00 in the evening.
The event follows earlier marathons of works by Tchaikovsky and Dvorák.
Among the orchestras performing will be the BFO, Concerto Budapest, the Óbuda Danubia Orchestra, the Philharmonic Society Orchestra, the MÁV Symphonic Orchestra and the Pannon Philharmonic Orchestra. Soloists will include Eszter Wierdl, László Fenyő, Dénes Várjon, József Lendvay and Barnabás Kelemen.
