In the run-up to the opening of the exhibition at the end of October, the museum is inviting submissions of family photographs of people in blue jeans in the 1970s and 80s.
Anyone with photographs from the period of themselves, their friends, their parents or their grandparents in blue jeans may leave them in an envelope with the word "blue jean" written on it along with their name and address at the front desk of the museum. The originals will be returned after they are scanned and enlarged. Then they will become part of the exhibition says curator Magdolna Szabó.
The deadline for submitting the photographs is October 10.
