The festival programme offers an overview of the best of Spanish film in the past years. All of the films, with the exception of the horror Rec, are being shown for the first time in Hungary.

14 Kilometers (2007), directed by Gerardo Olivares, shows the trials of refugees crossing the 14-kilometre-wide Strait of Gibraltar between Africa and Europe.
In Seven Billiard Tables (2007), directed by Gracia Querejeta, a woman reopens a local billiard parlour to pay off debts inherited from her father.
The horror film Rec (2007), directed by Jaume Balagueró and Paco Plaza, might be called the Spanish answer to the Blair Witch Project.
