A play by Róbert Balogh addresses unanswered questions of recent history. Another by Tamás Halmai searches for a meeting of philosophy and theatre in a poetic work. A play by Balázs Szálinger attempts to modernise a myth, and a piece by Katalin Trencsényi examines the contemporary individual.

A play by András Maros mixes the elements of thriller with a dying relationship. Csaba Mikó allows the audience into a ceremony, and András Vinnai presents a grotesque interpretation of an already confused world.

The forum will host a workshop premiere by Szilárd Podmaniczky, entitled Waiting for Beckett. The Third Theatre of Pécs has alos been invited to perform György Spiró's play Prah.

Readings of several foreign works will take place in the run-up to the festival. Works to be read include a play by the Finnish playwright Juha Jokela, translated by Yvette Jankó-Szép, a work by Arne Lygre from Norway, translated by Éva A. Dobos, and a piece by Lukas Barfuss from Switzerland, translated by Ildikó Gáspár.
