Thirty-one events at eight venues are on the programme of the festival, which boasts performances by actors from New Zealand, Finland, Poland and Romania as well as Hungary. Among the Hungarian troupes to perform are the Kuckó Művésztanya, the Taurin Circus Group, the Kovács Workshop, ORT-IKI and the Dragon Young, János Pályi and Puppet Theatre, Ink Horse and UtcaSzak. Liliput will come from Romania and Teatr Akt Company from Poland.
Fruzsina Pregitzer, of Nyíregyháza?s Móricz Zsigmond Theatre, will perform the solo I?m Not Joking, Just Playing Around at the festival.
Solo and trio performances will come from Fruzsina Eszes, Szabolcs Szőke and Dániel Váczi, as well as Kim Potter from New Zealand.
Music is in no short supply, with concerts planned by the Hejnola Big Bank from Finland and the Szászcsávási Banda from Romania. Hungarian musicians on the programme include Béla Halmos and the PG Group, Éva Jáger and Gábor Tokodi, and Lilla Fehérváry and Gábor Kátai. The pianist Ákos Mándi will play Liszt.
The Phoenix Folk Dance Ensemble will entertain with the can-can.
Folk musicians, jugglers and other street performers will round out the programme.
