Palace of Arts Wins FIABCI Prix d'Excellence

The prize was awarded at a gala in Bangkok on Monday.

The Palace of Arts, located on the Danube in the south of Budapest, houses 70,000 square metres of performance, exhibition and entertainment space. It can accommodate 4,500 visitors and is home to the Ludwig Museum of Contemporary Art and the Béla Bartók National Concert Hall, a cathedral-sized performance space which offers some of the best acoustics in the world.

The FIABCI Prix d'Excellence recognizes the project that best embodies excellence in all the real estate disciplines involved in its creation, according to FIABCI?s website. It illustrates concretely the FIABCI ideal of ?providing society with the optimal solution to its property needs?. Awarded by an international panel comprising top real estate professionals and experts, the FIABCI Prix d'Excellence rewards overall merit and not just aesthetics, functionality or size.

The prize is awarded in marketing association with the Wall Street Journal.
