The exhibition on Under den Linden is comprised of 20 colourful chairs that have information about Pécs - its culture, food, sites and programmes - on their backs. The chairs are intended to inform as well as serve as an invitation to sit and chat, perhaps about Hungary.
The exhibition, made in cooperation with Berlin's Museum of European Cultures, offers a foretaste of another exhibition showing Pécs's multicultural role, both in the present and the past. That exhibition is currently at Pécs's Museum of City History, but will come to the German city of Ulm in June and to Berlin in September.
