The troupe will perform the programme just once in Hungary ? at the Palace of Arts on November 29 ? before starting the US tour on January 8.
Magyar Concerto is directed and choreographed by Gábor Mihályi. The assistant director is Péter Gerzson Kovács. Music for the piece was composed by Gergely Ágocs, László Kelemen, István Pál, and Ferenc Radics.
Magyar Concerto draws inspiration from the life and works of the Hungarian composer and music researcher Béla Bartók, whose works show how tradition and modernism can complement each other in the world of music.
