About 300 films from 50 countries will take part at the festival, which starts on October 18. The festival, organised by the British Film Institute, is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year.
?Taxidermia? has also been invited to the Zagreb Film Festival, which started October 16. It will be in the company of two other Hungarian films: Péter Bacsó?s legendary film ?The Witness? and the documentary ?Egerszalók? by László Csáki and Szabolcs Pálfi.
?Fresh Air? and ?Taxidermia? have also been invited to compete at the Bergen International Film Festival in Norway, which starts October 18. Another feature film by Pálfi, ?Hukkle?, will also be shown.
