The institution, formerly called the University of Applied Arts, will present exhibitions, talks and film screenings as part of a programme dedicated to the great avant-garde artist. The university plans to make the event an annual tradition.
The university will start offering a three-year Baccalaureate of Arts (BA) programme and a two-year Master of Arts (MA) programme next year. It will also increase the number of MA programmes to eleven from five. Prospective students will be informed about the school?s courses and other activities through presentations and films during the day. A documentary film on Moholy-Nagy?s life will round out the day.
