Uránia Hosts Hungarian Ethnic Film Festival

On the programme are films from 13 ethnic minorities in Hungary.
 
The three-member jury will not award a prize at this year?s festival, but will issue opinions at a talk to start at 6pm. The jury comprises the television and radio journalist István Fretyán, the director of the Hungarian Serb Theatre Márk Milán Rusz and the film director Bence Fliegauf.
 
The festival will open with a screening of Better Future ? Gyönyöspata, a documentary by János Joka Daróczi.
 
Serbian films will be highlighted at the festival in honour of the recent passing of the television journalist István Popovics, who covered the Hungarian Serbs.
