Czukor Show is one of just 16 films picked from almost 2,500 submissions to compete at the festival, to take place on June 12?20.
The festival jury will be chaired by director John Woo. The other jury members include Leos Carax, Amos Gitai, Wang Xiaohuai and Zhao Wei.
Dömötör, actors Kata Péter and Attila Árpa, and producers Mátis Inez and Ferenc Pusztai will attend the screening of the film in Shanghai.
European Film Promotion, an alliance of national film promotion agencies from 32 countries, is supporting Czukor Show, as well as 11 other European films, at the festival.
