The four-day festival, organised for the second time at Zamardi at Hungary's popular tourist hot-spot in the west, this year drew 52,000 more people than in 2007, Viktoria Veto said.
The majority of festival-goers were young Hungarians but thousands others came from Austria, Slovakia, Croatia and Germany, she added.
The festival, which has developed into Hungary's second major music extravaganza after the Europe-wide known Sziget Festival, offered more than 100 concerts and DJ shows.
The audience heard among other international stars the Greek-Georgian-US new wave rock band B-52's, as well as British DJ and big beat musician Fatboy Slim, who lured some 25,000 to dance, Veto said.
