Bánki-tó Festival Slated for August 4-6

The festival, which was originally organised for cyclists, will still be a haven for velophiles. Visitors can ride in a non-stop cycling rink, participate in a fancy hurdle race especially for kids or rent bikes from the Csepel factory.
 
The Cellux Group will heighten visitors? environmental awareness through a programme of art.
 
Visitors to the ?Family Holiday Home? can cook, play football, paint, make a kite, run an obstacle course or participate in a treasure hunt together.
 
?Open Space? will feature artworks designed for public spaces based on the festival?s physical and ideological milieu. This year?s themes are ?liberty? and ?personal responsibility?.
 
On the musical programme are acts such as Cadik Travel Agency featuring Mango and D Stu, Kalbata, The Qualitons with Abate Berihun, the Eric Sumo Band featuring Erzsi Kiss, Másfél with Gaya, Korai Öröm, Realistic Crew and the Payazen Klezmer Band.
