The interior of the development was the work of Room-Design-Studio.
The contest?s international jury also gave Akadémia Park?s Trafo Office Building, which once housed an electric generator, a five-star evaluation.
Akadémia Park, a unit of the SCD group, acquired the former barracks and cadet academy in 2009.
