Distel Cabaret is visiting Budapest for the fifth time.
Erich Brehm founded Distel in the former East Berlin in 1953. The troupe quickly found success with audiences, though the same could not be said for the communist regime. Distel was still funny even after the fall of communism and continues to operate today under the direction of Frank Lüdecke.
