Drawings will be judged from two age groups: 6- to 12-year-olds, and 13- to 16-year-olds. The deadline for submitting drawings is July 31.
Ten finalists will be selected and posted on the Cartoon Network's website, after which visitors may vote for their favourite. The two pictures with the most votes will be displayed on the billboards.
