The construction company Gropius has 329 days to complete the project, which is scheduled to be completed by next summer.

The 13,000 square metre regional information centre will also offer community, cultural and leasure services. The cost of construction is expected to be 3.8 billion forints (EUR 14 m), partly to be paid from European Union funds.
The four-storey building to be called "The Hive" will house the city library, the county library, several departmental libraries of Pecs University and will inlcude a lecture room for 200 people and a concert hall for 150 people.
