Italian news agency ANSA praised the originality of director Gábor Zsámbéki, writing "theatre to Zsámbéki is an invention following the rhythm of the director's intuition," and lauded the efforts of his troupe, who acted with "unbelievable energy".
Zsámbéki brought a Brechtian performance of La guerra to the festival, using five pianos, which provided the musical backdrop as well as serving as an element of the play, and a cast who showcased their ability to make amazing transformations.
